Keynote: Kit Lewis

Apologies for the delay on this. It’s just taken awhile longer than anticipated to digitise and upload the videos from November. Anyway, this will serve as a refresher. First up, Kit Lewis gives us a whistle stop tour of the need for user experience thinking in the healthcare space, covering many of the topics that were discussed in more depth throughout the day from the challenges of readability, the benefits of good patient record keeping (paper records can crash too), and the need for a healthcare tablet pc.
